Make sure you do the first 2 drills before attempting this lag drill. You can and should be doing those drills nightly until your wrists start to loosen up. This takes practice but the payoff is worth it.
Again, I would be doing this one with a mid-iron. You will be hitting shots but they will just be short easy ones so don’t pay attention to the ball. Focus on the drill then once you master it start to do fuller swings.
