Rotator cuff and shoulder injuries are increasingly common among golfers of all levels. Shoulders are very often put in compromising situations due to tightness and weakness in the chest and scapular region. Unfortunately, these imbalances are exacerbated by our daily habits and movements such as the golf swing.

This week, our special guest, Domenic Pompile PT, CSCS, will be answering all of your shoulder related questions and demonstrating exercises that will help you improve your shoulder function and scapular stability. In turn, these small changes will translate into a much more efficient golf swing and a reduced risk of injury!

Exercises:
Subscapularis Self-Myofascial Release
Pec Minor Medicine Ball Release
Scapular Depressions
Scapular Pushups
