The left wrist in the golf swing should rotate and cock naturally if your grip and posture are done correctly. When you grip the golf club with your left hand in the base of the fingers and set up at address, there will be a slight cup with your left wrist. This slight cup will flatten out as your wrist start to rotate and cock as the club shaft surpasses parallel on the backswing. The left wrist in golf swing will fatten automatically you do not have to think or worry about it.
