This is most probably the cricket drill that I use the most. It is a simple slow feed which gives us as cricketers plenty of time to extend our hands through the cricket ball. This is for vertical front foot bat shots only and the focus is on extending our hands through the ball, the best way to get the full benefit of this great drill is at half speed. Great players that use hand extension regularly in there batting include Sachin Tendulkar , Shane Watson and AB DeVilliers. Once you get to grips with this technique and how to play the Front Foot Drive you will have a good base for all your cricket batting shots. Good cricketers practice good things whether it be in IPL/T20/One Day or Club or Test Cricket — use these tips and tricks/lessons to learn how to improve your cricket . Please SHARE THIS HDCRICKET VIDEO please- That’s it ….hit the nets & get practicing and good luck…
