How do you start the downswing? The hip motion plays a huge part in a successful downswing sequence and impact. But should you TURN your hips, or should you SLIDE them?
This video will discuss the effects of doing more SLIDE vs more TURN, and what that will do to your swing and ball flight. I’ll discuss how these principles fit in to the Stack & Tilt framework, as well as the GOLFTEC SwingTru Motion Study.
