In this video Rich takes us through the first half of the swing, which is often called the L Shaped Swing as it looks like you are making the letter L on both sides of the swing, when you swing back and then when you swing forwards
The most important part of this is to remember its a game and it’s supposed to be fun. So don’t beat yourself and remember to enjoy the good shots.
