Chipping from greenside rough and how to hit a chip from rough A big problem when people have long or heavy, rough around the greens is they try and help get up in the air sort of feeling like it’s a bunker shot or something like that.
We have to realize out of the rough, we don’t want too much of the grass catching in between the club face and the golf ball.
And that happens if we stand a little bit too far forward in our stance here. So very easy grip. Yeah. Stand a little bit closer and move the ball a little bit more towards the back foot and have the same intention as you’re chipping, but just try and focus on getting the ball a little bit more first. Okay.
