In today’s video explain some basic disc golf fundementals that I’ve learned through the trials and tribulations of teaching myself how to play with my left hand.
These fundementals have got me throwing ~300’ drives in just 5 weeks of playing lefty!
I can’t be more grateful about how fast I’ve been able to pick things up, so I had to share with you guys my mindset on how I approached it.
