Creating Swing Speed with Functional Resistance



If you want the golf club to move faster and produce more speed, you must get your arms moving as quickly as possible. One way to do this is to train your body with a method called Functional Resistance.

Functional Resistance is an “inside / out” approach used by elite athletes to develop the body’s ability to function while it is under additional stress.

In this video, I am applying weights to my arms that forces the body to develop stability and strength to allow my arms to move faster.
