This video explains why you should buy the small bucket of balls at the golf driving range. By going for focused practice with fewer balls will improve your golf.
Look I don’t literally mean you become small at the range I am talking about the bucket of balls you buy or buckets with most golfers. Watch this video to help perfect your golf swing technique.
Before you watch this video, I want you to firmly plant these words in your head because they will help you at the driving range, ‘Hit Shots Not Balls’.
Most golfers go to the range and they pay for the largest or multiple buckets of balls because the club has a special offer, and it seems like a great deal, well it isn’t!
Buy the smallest bucket they have on offer and spend the most amount of time you have available because I want you to choose quality of shots over quantity. Firing off 40, 50 or 60 shots in ten minutes flat, without stopping or even a thought about your technique is a waste of time because repeating something that isn’t great doesn’t result in improvement.
Try this; only remove one ball at a time from the bucket, take your time to choose a target, do your full pre-shot routine. Rest briefly between each ball and assess your performance.
And remember to change your club every 5 to 10 balls.
