As you emerge out of lockdown and start to get back to the golf course, what can you do if the driving range is closed? How can you get loose and give yourself a chance to play well without the benefit of your normal warm-up routine?
Well, as Titleist staff member Jonathan Yarwood shares in this video, you’ve got to get activated, both physically and mentally. And as Jonathan demonstrates, you can start right in the parking lot, with some gentle stretches that will get your muscles warm and your mind focused.
Perform the following stretches once you get your clubs out of your vehicle:
° Gentle lunges with club overhead
° Gentle lunges with torso rotation
° Hamstring stretch
° Shoulder girdle/pec stretch
