This is a great video for seniors to watch to figure out why are you losing distance with your golf clubs. This happens in a lot of seniors that I talk to. It happens when you get older and you are trying to hit the golf ball to hard. This happens if you were trying to muscle the golf ball to get your yardage back.
I say you really only lost 10 yards, you need to become looser to gain your distance back. Most people that I see have lost their distance because of trying to use the hands and arms to hit the golf ball. I want you to not use your hands and arms but to use your body to hit the golf ball.
If this is you that has lost the distance, I want you to start getting looser with your hands and arms and then turning your body to hit the golf ball and this will start to get the yardage back. Start turning a little faster and now you are almost back to top speed and gaining more distance. Its not about strength, its how loose you are and how fast you turn your body.
