Develop scap control motor pattern
Set shoulder in good postural position

POSITIONING:
Tubing around back
Hinged forward at hip into golf set up position
One arm extended out and externally rotated

FORM:
Pulse right arm in tiny circles
Feel activation in back of the shoulder and upper back

TIPS:
Watch head position, retract chin
