hey guys in this video I tried john meadows leg workout which was an athletic leg workout that ended with some bodybuilding exercises for legs. It was not what I expected but it was an absolute blast and also wrecked my legs! We really focused on explosive exercises for legs and then hit some hamstring exercises such as the GHR. When it comes to building big legs john knows what’s up. We actually ended with some bodybuilding at the end by doing Bulgarian split squats which really forced my legs to grow baby! Enjoy
Full workout:
-Warm up 3-4 rounds 5-10 drop steps + 20-30 line jumps
-Athletic Circuit 4x (minimal rest between movements) 4-5 minutes rest after entire circuit
-2-3 sets of eccentric controlled GHR for 5-10 reps
-Bulgarian split squats DEATH 1 set per leg WOW.
