In 1992, Austin golf instructor Harvey Penick published “The Little Red Book,” which became the best-selling golf instructional book ever. In 1994, one year before his death, Penick released this golf instruction video on VHS tape: Harvey Penick’s Little Green Video.
The video features Penick’s simple, straightforward, no-nonsense approach to golf and golf instruction – the very approach that made him so famous late in life.
And to demonstrate what he’s talking about, Penick’s Little Green Video includes two of his most-famous students: Ben Crenshaw and Tom Kite, both Hall of Famers. (Penick himself was voted into the World Golf Hall of Fame following his death.) Also in the video is another Penick disciple, former PGA champ and Ryder Cup captain Dave Marr.
