Golf Putting – Great Tip for a Smoother Putting Stroke

Don’t lean the putter into the ground at set up or be stagnant at set up In putting. This was a great tip from Satoshi Koaira’s father to Hideki Matsuyama on the putting green the night before Hideki shot a -7 at the U.S. Open. The tip was lightly tap the putter three times and then go. This helps you to have a good trigger and makes for a smooth take away. Rickie Fowler does a similar trigger as he just lifts the putter a little bit and then takes it away .Payne Stewart used to do the three taps also. Just tap tap tap-a-roo and you will make more putts. Try it!!!!!
