Easiest way for senior golfers to open up their breath and improve blood circulation



In this video Seán demonstrates how to do a series of exercises known as the 5 Tibetan Rites (a.k.a. The Fountain of Youth). Rather than the official version of the exercises Seán gives you an alternative version which caters to older people with stiffer joints and knee and/or back issues. These exerises are deisgned to open up your breathing and improve blood circulation. They are proved to increase energy, reduce stress and anxiety, give relief from joint pain and stiffness, improve strength and coordination and help you sleep better.
