After getting a golf lesson I am always on the driving range practicing the golf lesson tips that I get from my golf coach. Today I spent most of my driving range practice time working on the delivery of the club more square at impact. Practicing this with my new Titleist 917D driver and new Ping i500 irons is something that I really enjoy doing now. The new Ping i500 irons are 10 yards longer than my old one and my Titleist 917D driver flies about 20 yards farther.
Whenever I am on the driving range practicing, I always put down my alignment rods to make sure that my alignment and ball position is in the right place. It is always important to be sure that you don’t practice without having these golf fundamentals in place. If either are wrong, you have to make an adjustment somewhere in your golf swing if you are to hit it where you expect.
Golf Tip – Always use something to help with your alignment. Nowadays, many people have alignment rods, but most people used a couple of their own clubs to help with alignment. If you are practicing golf on the driving range, you should be using something to help align your feet and mark your ball position.
How to work on your golf swing after a golf lesson – Be sure to write down what you learned at your golf lesson in a notebook that you can keep in your golf bag. Also write down any golf tips or feeling in your golf swing that got you to do what your golf instructor had you working on. This will allow you to remember all of golf tips and details so that you can work on them when you are practicing at the driving range.
