This 30 minute low impact indoor walking workout consists of six exercises in a pyramid format. The video will work your entire body, strengthening your cardiovascular system, endurance, coordination, and balance.
Each of the six exercises is done in blocks of 20 seconds; 30 seconds; 40 seconds; 30 seconds; and then 20 seconds. The walk is about 3000 steps — less or more, depending on your pace.
Here are the six exercises:
Step out and punch
Step back and punch
Heel touch / one arm raise
Step and press
Side step /double arm swing
Side step / pull back
