If you look at the best players in the world, there are a few who move the club back in a slightly more individual motion but they have the benefit of been extremely talented, but for the majority of “text book” and proven golf swings over the years like Gary Player, Tiger woods and to modern day players like Rory McIlroy, you will see that they all have very connected and one piece backswings to help them make a fictional and repeatable golf swing.
