We use the ground for power and motion in the golf swing, but the release of the golf club, the artistic end of the kinetic chain, is the wrist joint. This is where our feel and sense for the golf club within space lies, you can get away with a bad golf swing if you have an awareness for where the golf club is specially and temporally. So we must sensitise ourselves to the wrists! If we do that, then you’ll get the perfect golf swing achieved in no time!
