The Four Parts Of The Golf Swing – The Plane Truth



When we begin to look at and diagnose a golf swing, there are four main areas that we need to concern ourselves with: address, backswing, downswing & impact and follow-through.

Breaking it down further, each of those four areas could be breaking down in two ways — with your body motor or your arms and club motor — so there are eight different areas of the swing where your body could be going non-neutral. Once we can understand each of these elements, we can then pinpoint where your swing is going non-neutral and address it specifically.
