Stop Rushing Your Downswing

In this tip, I want you to stop rushing your downswing. So many people I see swing so fast they literally have no time to even use their body to hit the ball.

I say this because your arms move way faster than your body in life. So if your body moves slow, and you’re trying to use it to hit your shots, you need to stop rushing your downswing. Instead, wait for the body to start first and the arms to follow.

This is what pros are doing. Pros hit the ball with the body leading arms following. This is all pros that do this. So if they are doing this, you need to do it too. Watch this tip then try what I am suggesting. This will help you stop rushing your downswing which will give you time to start your body first. Do that and you are now doing what pros are doing. This means you will hit the ball longer and straighter than ever.

In this tip doing another one on time Time you need time time is very Important in your golf swing so I just Shot one on time and then I thought of Another one as I was shooting that one But I forgot what it was so now I just Remembered it okay I don't want you to rush the downswing All right what I'm getting at Keep in mind your body Moves slower than your arms In life Okay if you're up at the top and you Keep pulling the club down really really Fast You don't have enough time To even start your downswing with your Body Okay we're trying to fire our body Letting the arms follow So I don't do a big fast or real fast Backswing so I'm going to flip my club Upside down so if you're going like this Like there's no time to even think about Using your body So what I'm suggesting is Go slower in the back swing Like almost hesitate at the top so You're taking it back instead of this Big you know or sorry this real Fast backswing okay go slow Backs right Almost wait For your body to start moving

Then let your arms follow So give it more time up at the top more Time you can get your slow moving body To start first and then let your arms Follow that's one of the key pieces or Key moves In a pro swing That's called separation Pros are firing The lower And the upper follows Okay but if you don't even have enough Time to do that It's not going to happen So almost wait it's called waiting for It you know hesitate at the top body Then feel your Club come through Body then the club Wait for it give yourself time to fire The body Okay so think about that up at the Transition if you want a way to slow Down your Swing do a two count on the way back a One count on the way down So it's right here One two three One two three Okay if you're saying one two three why Would you go Like that Why you're pacing it with the way you're Saying it to yourself in your mind One two not one okay So give yourself more time at the top of
