STACK & TILT | 10 WORDS | WEIGHT FORWARD

The Stack & Tilt 10 Word Template gives a really SIMPLE description of some of golf’s more complex movements to help the beginning golfer (and the more experienced golfer) to grasp the concepts of the basic movements of the swing quickly, lower the barrier to entry, and make the game easier to learn and understand for everyone.

The Stack and Tilt 10 Words are WEIGHT FORWARD, SHOULDER DOWN, HANDS IN, ARMS STRAIGHT, and TUCK HIPS.

Over this series I will be explaining each of these 10 WORDS and helping add some detail to the basic template.

This week is WEIGHT FORWARD. WEIGHT FORWARD is really the golfer controlling the low-point of the swing and improving the quality and consistency of the contact.

The video includes a drill you can do with the TOUR STRIKER Plane Station training aid, as well.
