My Golf Swing! Pitch Wedge in Driving Range

Hi, This is my golf swing…I’m 12 Handicap but in the last year my swing broke down! So this winter I worked a lot on Backswing and finish and now I have to work on stability….my legs moves too much….what can I do? Please Comment!
