Golf Lesson: How does the left arm work in the downswing? There are 2 moves that can really improve distance, and help you shallow the swing. In this video, Jared will take you through those 2 moves. Move 1, left wrists slight bow and then the left arm and how it should move almost independently in the beginning of the downswing.
