In this weeks golf instructional video Danny shows you how to cock and uncock the wrists correctly in the golf swing as well as looking at the role of the shoulders.
You will learn two golf drills that improve both shoulder and wrist movement in the swing. With that you will see big improvements in your ability to square the club face up at impact, improve your impact position and stabilise your release.
