Hit the Golf Ball STRAIGHT anyone with a body can do this



Disassociate the lower body from the upper body lets the golf club flatten on the downswing resulting in a more consistent path and straighter golf ball flight. Anyone can do this drill to feel how the lower body can move independently from the upper body.
