When you move from a short putt to a long putt, what changes: The length of your putting stroke, or the rhythm of your stroke?
To get different speeds on the green, golfers need to adjust the length of the stroke – swing back farther, swing through farther. The rhythm of your putting stroke should always stay the same, regardless of the distance of the putt.
