The year is marching on and the children have all returned to school for another year so now is the time to check if you are on target to achieve all of the golfing goals that you set out for yourself at the beginning of this year. To have a great golf mental toughness you need to have a clear picture of your golfing goals and how you are going to achieve them. It really will help your ‘golf psychology’ if you have a set action pattern in place as to how you will achieve your goals and ideally they should all be process goals as they are the ones you can really work on.
