►This is a favourite drill of a lot of coaches to help their pupils learn how to control the golf clubface during the swing. We can get carried away with lower body rotation and shoulder turn but many golfers do not have that flexibility for this is for those golfers who struggle to rotate but also a great drill for all golfers to learn how to sequence their swings correctly with the body rotation.
