Since I started teaching in 1991, I have seen every type of golf swing imaginable. A lot of the times I see sloppy swings that are too long and loose. This type of swing leads to hitting with the arms. If you know anything about me I teach a body swing which powers your swing with the body not the arms.
By literally doing this simple drill you can fix your sloppy swing from long and loose to a compact golf swing. Once you do, you will be amazed at how well you will hit the ball with minimal effort.
