Exercise Tip: Improve your Trunk Rotation for your Golf Swing!




It’s nearly time for Masters! A powerful swing is crucial for good golf game technique, but for a lot of people this is limited by poor trunk mobility. A lot of people twist from the hips or knees, and their upper back (trunk) stays very stiff.

How can we make sure your trunk is getting enough rotation without our hips getting involved?

Suzy has some great tips below – all you need is a chair, broomstick/dowel or golf club, and a towel!
