Follow Through!
In this one-minute video, Innova Star Team athlete Hannah Leatherman shares her Pro Tip on following through, or accelerating through a throw’s release point, in disc golf. This was a tip Hannah picked up early in her career to help her gain more distance on drives and hit accurate putts. The key: accelerate through the hitpoint—the release—of your throw!
Hannah is 2015 United States Women’s Disc Golf Champion and current member of the Innova Star team.
