Baseball Hitting Mechanics – Swing Plane – Bat Path Swing Plane Secrets
When it comes to baseball hitting mechanics there is a lot going on within a baseball swing. In my opinion, the swing plane or bat path is different from what we were always taught as baseball players. A hitter’s swing should not be a downward swing or swinging down on the ball to create backspin, instead it should be in the zone for a long time, a slightly uppercut swing, and get through the baseball out front. So, instead of creating back spin, try to get through the ball and hit it squarely.
