What Should you Focus on While Practicing on the Driving Range Before a Round of Golf?

Maria Palozola, of answers a question submitted by Beth that asks what a golfer should focus on, while warming up on the driving range before a round of golf. Maria mentions that its too late to try to fix any issues with your golf swing before the round and that you should focus mostly on your alignment, pre-shot routine and rhythm.

Maria suggests laying a club or alignment stick on the ground between yourself and the ball, aimed at your target, and making sure you are squaring up to it while hitting balls. This will help train your eyes as to what square is before you go play.

In addition, Maria suggests you go through your complete pre-shot routine just like you are on the golf course, take your practice swings, walk back behind the ball, look at your target line, take your approach and do your triggers you normally do when taking a swing in a round.
