There are an infinite number of great workouts to help train the movements you so often hear me walkthrough on these videos. He introduces 3 exercises (with a few variations) sure to improve your ability to rotate, amongst many other benefits. We focus on the pelvis, the torso, and the shoulders. Although some of these workouts may not be sexy, they work and get the proper muscles firing for you to move more effectively in your golf swing.
